  We made a reservation at this hotel 3 months in advance. When the date came, they said there isn't anything in our name! Extremely unhelpful and rude! They even hang up twice while I was trying to sort things out. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

  this hotel so lovely and also the owner so kind and my advice to anyone want to go bourgas to stay in that hotel it's really superb and excellent and gorgeous
