Wonderful hotel, best suited to families with smaller children. Good food and facilities. Only downside is the transportation van that goes up to the slopes. It is rare especially when returning to the hotel, and most of the time it is full.

The most: It is working before actual season starts. It can be booked via booking.com. Great rooms. Great Internet connection, everywhere in the hotel. Good and tasty food! Great forest surrounding and peaceful location. Having pool, saunas, spa and other facilities for entertainment. Nice, kind, courteous and helpful staff.
The least: Not enough towels (e.g. for hair). Towels are replaced every three days, instead of every day. Heating registers in bathrooms are not working. Not enough support in the room for drying clothes (wet from the snow).
Tips: More hooks for clothes to be deployed in each room. Heating registers in bathrooms to be put in function. Transport from and to the hotel to Borovets and Samokov to be organized, daily for Borovets and on a request to Samokov – before winter season starts, with minimum two passengers or so. Water in the pool should be always the same temperature. Bathrobes should be replaced on two days. Fitness equipment to be repaired and functional all the time. Mattresses to be considered for replacement (soon) with the ones without springs.
