Expensive with lack of respect to the customers services.

Not recommending that service! They don't have the desired knowledge and hold the phones for a week without doing anything.

Went there to try to get my Nexus 5 fixed after I dropped it causing it to lose signal (3G and GSM). The only positive thing I can state is that I paid nothing, although the antenna has been reportedly replaced. However, the replacement did not fix it. Here are the negatives that are bringing a single star:
- Bad customer service and attitude towards the customer;
- Phone has been kept for more than 5 days; I called twice in the first two days and was instructed to not call again, instead I had to wait for them to call me and you can already guess - they did not. At all. I had to go there on the fifth day personally to request I get back my phone no matter fixed or not and was told the phone is ready and they had called me without me answering the call. Nothing of the sort;
- They left me with the feeling that they did not quite know what is happening -- upon me arriving there on the fifth day, they searched for the phone for 10 minutes before realizing it has been given to some other service location. As a consequence I was asked to go there on Saturday to fetch it. Additionally, they asked if I wanted a software attempt at fixing the issue, which, frankly, does not sound very plausible -- did they want to flash the ROM? They could not explain any details;
- No receipt of any kind when the phone has been given to them - They had my phone number after all, they say (!).
Have you went so far at reading all of this, then you got the message -- do. not. go. there.response / report this review -

Went there for a change of the back panel. It was fixed in a way that they gave my phone back with a totally broken camera. Bad personal and technical service.

Специални благодарности на целия екип на GSM service 24 за бързата реакция и коректното обслужване и достъпните цени :))) Смениха за 1 ден дискплея на любимият ми телефон iphone 7 .ЕДНО ГОЛЯМООО БЛАГОДАРЯ !!! Препоръчвам !

Ако можех да дам - 5 щях ,при това огромен минус!! Дадох си 3 пъти телефона в продължение на месец и половината и те не само че не го оправиха ами и смениха софтуера ( за HTC ONE M8S) без дори да ми кажат или питат с някакъв друг ,който досега не съм срещала подобен и се опитват да ме убядят че това е софтуер на htc .СИЛНО ВИ СЪВЕТВАМ НЕ СИ ДАВАЙТЕ ТЕЛЕФОНИТЕ ТАМ !!!!
