A well maintained big hotel. The location is good, about 250 m to the beach. The town of Primorsko offers a lot to do. The hotel is sold on all inclusive basis, the quality of food is avarage, just need a bit more variety, the drinks are ok. The rooms are really nice, the housekeeping is ok too. There is a lack of parking space. The pool is great. There is an animation in the hotel, which is not really good.

Me and my family were there in 2014. The hotel is so far from the 5 stars. It is a joke! 5 stars for what? The building looks fine, but that's it. The personnel is rude they don't speak English at all, the food is horrible, no parking, no wifi. You have to stay continuously in queue for drinks. As described the bar should be open 11:00 - 23:00 but in most cases at 10PM was closed.
I never ever recommend it.

Does not matter how they will rename the hotel. Kamberov and Company of the so called owners who actually OWE to the Banks who cannot sell it. The "Owners" lie to all booking companies who work for them that it is 5 star Inside the interior is falling, the furniture is rotten and so is Kamberov & Co. They do not pay salaries to the employees. Everyone knows them. The corrupt GERB party Mayor Germanov also known as Hitler , is covering all the atrocities. The hotel does not pay taxes and is up for sale from the banks.

No parking. Bad service. Нygiene deficit. Bad food. I shall never visit this hotel again!

Quite nice hotel. Nice and clean room. I did not like hotel food a much. Almost the same meals everyday. On the other side fish and salads were great. But if you were late for a while, you ate cold meal that left.
The hotel is equipped with HVAC system that cannot be turned off in a room. So you have to get use to permanent faint noise of the HVAC system along with cold air in the room.response / report this review -
