Great hotel for local standards. Enjoyed my very short stay.

The three stars I am giving to the proclaimed 5 star hotel is due to its personnel who was trying to accommodate as much as they were trained and allowed from hotel management or/and owners. Otherwise hotel is somewhere between 1 and 2 stars. The photos I am attaching will unspeakably give more light of this opinion.

This is not a real five star. Decor is interesting, but there are lots of minor improvement areas. Perhaps a 3.5 star hotel in an interesting location with interesting decor.

This hotel is quite a pleasant surprise for all tourists that had the inspiration to choose it for their stay in Varna. The rooms are very big (specially the middle room from the 1st floor) and with a beautiful interior design that want to suggest the middle of the XX century.
The lobby is not very big but it is elegant and also the outside enclosed terrace it is nice.
One main advantage of this hotel is its location just in the middle of the Varna old town and that has a parking lot just near the main pedestrian area of the city.response / report this review -

This is a hotel with a 100 years old history, a landmark building in the city successfully presenting the charm of the 1910-1920's.
