Lying to customers, not keeping their delivery deadlines, instead of 24 hours, i had to wait 4 days for delivery in the same city that the package was sent from. Stay away from this company.

I was waiting for like 2 weeks someone to pick up my return item and when I tried to contact them no one picked the phone or called me back. Completely disappointed with this group. Try to avoid it.

UPDATE!! the business of this company is handled by Speedy. Just get in touch w them.

I am trying to get in touch with these guys but they are not answering the phone, not calling, no nothing. In their website was marked 2 unsuccessful attempts and I was at my home both of the days and no one came

Everytime its the same BS. They don't have a phone number, so they mark you automatically as non present (Since when is a phone number obliged as an address verification?). Unable to talk to them in English, since they don't support this language through phone. Finally got in touch through e-mail, now I'm waiting another day for the package to be delivered at a service depot (as requested). Still haven't received any text message as confirmation, so probably I can start mailing again where my package is. Next time when I order a package, I will definitely insist that it gets transported through UPS or DHL.

One star would be a compliment for those morons. They called me last minute while I was on a business trip, claiming they were in front of my door. I asked them to give the parcel to my mom, which they never did. One week later they said they were returning the package, for which I paid 200 quid, to the sender in the UK. The tracking number indicates the parcel is now still in Sofia, but they claim I cannot take it and they still have to return it to the UK. Even the sender cannot reroute it back to my address about half a mile from their distribution center. It was an urgent order, which I now have to make again, this time using TNT. I am never using DPD again!

Very disappointednever use them again.
My parents sent me 2 parcels from Greece to England. The 1 arrived on time and the other is missed.for a month now I am trying to find it but no one give any explanation..I have tried to contact the sender in Bulgaria but nothing ,nobody answer in that phone.
I have lost my parcel..SHAME..
They are thieves.they steal the parcels.
This company has to shut down.

Terrible partner for the otherwise reliable DPD. They say that they made attempts to deliver a parcel but they never call the recipient. Two weeks from UK to Bulgaria Having in mind reached the destination country without a couple of daya. Very frustrating

The worst of the worst. My package is sitting in a warehouse in Sofia Bulgaria for the past 7 days. I have been hung up on over10 times when I ask for someone to speak english. Now I would be grateful to get my package back. I rather find another way then ever trust DPD/Speedy again.

This review is mostly about Speedy DPD international service but generally applies to how the company handles its customers and inquiries. I've been using their services on and off in the last few years and everything seems to go well until there is a problem with a shipment. If you tried calling them and talking to a human being, that would only be possible if you cheated and called the "make new order" line as this seems to be the only manned and responsive section. No wonder, as this is how money is made. Trying to reach Speedy regarding a problem with a shipment will put you in an endless loop of "all our CSR are busy". If you were gullible enough to leave your number to be called back, well don't hold your breath for it , as it would usually take 2-3 days before anyone calls back, if at all, by which time you've either lost business or your problem / query has resolved itself. So, more or less you are like using the low cost version of an international courier. All is well until something goes wrong, then you're left scratching your head I would not trust them for any important or time bound delivery.

Not a good service!
I have been waiting for my package for over a week now.
On the site for tracking the delivery it is said that they have tried two times to deliver to my address unsuccessfully, but I definitely know that nobody came to the address.
Now I have to manually look for my package, which is quite inconvenient.

After reading all the horror stories I was a bit anxious, however the service was perfect and smooth. Got a call from the courier and he arrived in a DPD marked car.

I ordered from UK via DPD and they never delivered. I had to go to the Buisness Center Boila, find Speedy on first floor and they helped me get my package.

Awful company. They service DPD, so do not use DPD for international deliveries to Bulgaria. This awful company will service these deliveries. They are really local SPEEDY, but are unreliable, they mark unsuccessful attempt for delivery when we have a full staffed office in an office building with a receptionist. Avoid at all cost!!!

I was at the address all day long. I checked dpd site and : 08.09.2017 15:54 Sofia (BG)
Unfortunately we have not been able to deliver your parcel.
they dont come to your door even its paid for it, Also they do have my phone and no calls at all!
BEWARE FROM THIS SERVICE !
