The guide, Slavyan is the best tour guide I have met (free or otherwise) At one point he asked the group to role play the recent history of Bulgaria which was very creative

Every day at 11 am and 6 pm FREE 3 hour walking tour led by sympathetic, knowledgeable guides. Starting in front of the Palace of Justice. Highly recommended!
