Bad service, but the food is good. The coffee is crappy though. What you order is not necessary what you get!

Mediocre place which tries to be classy. The food is nothing special, the service is not good the atmosphere is good. If the management open their eyes it could become the place it is struggling to be.

Me and my partner ordered some late breakfast here today and were very disappointed with the awful service and attitude of the curly blond haired manager. My partner ordered chocolate pancake and i ordered the salty one with 2 fresh juices. My salty pancake came first instead both meals arriving together as we saw on other tables. Then some time went by and as i was waiting for his meal to arrive mine started to get cold, we complained as this shouldn't happen in hospitality its a basic principle that if 2 people order, the kitchen should time the meals right so they come out together. Then the rude attitude of the female blond curly haired manager was just awful! She rudely asked me " what do you want!?" In a annoyed irritated way, as if she was irritated from my complaint. Then she said in a irratible manner again " i will take your pancake and give you a new one with the sweet one once its ready SO WE CAN FINISH THIS" , to which i was quiet shocked , what does finish this mean???, so it's a crime for a paying customer to complain here? ?!! I then pointed put how wrong her attitude is and that i also work in a restaurant overseas and this is not the right way to speak to cutomers and handle a complaint. She then called me ARROGANT! LOL what a joke for a manager to speak like that to customers! Owners should really rethink who they have representing their business as they will loose alot customers this way. I remember this place being gpod a few years ago but no longer is!
We also had to wait a while for the fresh juices , i ordered mine with ginger , my partner did not have ginger in his however his juice tasted like there was ginger in it as they had not washed the machine from making one juice to the other and made his drink unpleasant, but we were too scared to compain by this stage . Would not recommend and i will let family and friends know to stay away !response / report this review -
