A star in Bulgaria. First class exhibits and multi-lingual staff. I highly recommend a visit here
Interesting exhibition and overall an impressive museum. The contrast between a living room of poor people and a guest room of a rich salesman was remarkable. The staff were a bit rude to us which was a pity.
Loved this museum, mostly for the architecture of the house. You have to pay an extra fee if you want to take photographs inside the house, so be aware of this before you go. They do offer a student discount if you present your student card on the entrance fee.
Nice museum. Cheap entrance. Beautiful garden. It's a must if you re visiting the old city
Excellent museum of displays and decorated rooms. Magnificent timber house. I really loved the ceilings. However, they charge you double for the privilege to take photos, which is a bit rich.
Worth a visit but amateurish and not professional. Lots of stuff on display but no text or context. Nice building.
Great, but could be more exciting for the younger audience. Perhaps some interactivity?
It is a very nice museum. The building itself is amazing and so is the garden around it. The collection is interesting, several objects that were used in old times in villages, clothes and on the first floor there are rooms furnished as in old times. It is really beautiful. The surroundings is very nice as well. I love old medieval bulgarian architecture. If you are in Plovdiv it is a must to visit there.
Authenticity in it's finest form. This house built in the old fashioned very tipical style is a must see in the old town in Plovdiv.
To see absolutly, one of the most nice house - and museum - of Plovdiv
