Currently waiting for our room, with my 3 year old daughter and my wife. We've been told we can get in after 14:00, now waiting for more than one hour for our room to be cleaned. Poor service, slow reception. Will not stay there again.

It looks nice at first but that place is not "eco" at all! I've been there before end there were much more trees and much less concrete.

Nice hotel, but obviously it's best days have passed some time ago. Swimming pool is clean but missing many tiles. In our room the shower was broken, sink was leaking and the carpet was in need of some serious cleaning. The playground and mini-golf are nice for the kids but very worn. This was somewhat compensated by the free bikes and skelters for the younger kids, the very comfortable new mattresses and the traditional restaurant with some really excellent grilled meat. But, overall I would say that you can find better value for money.

The place is good for team building. There is a wonderful restaurant and it's good for families with kids.

That's the only hotel in Bulgaria which features a closed cycle. Delicious home made food, spa, various activities.Wonderful!
