The coffee and latre machiatto are amazing! Very friendly and helpful staff, the service is fast and it isn't too loud. The mood is good, didn't have time to try the pastries though. It could use a little renovation on the first floor but otherwise perfect

1. Dirty place.
2. Waitress brought the wrong order and refused to change it.
3. In a glass of ice cream was splinter of glass. On my question "What is this?" instead of saying "simple sorry" she said "Since you ate your ice cream, we either will not return money, or will not change," although I did not ask for refund.

Loved the place when I was little. The reputation is from the old days though. Its a nice place to visit but it is not as special as it once was.

Nice position, perfect to sit just in the center. You wait too much time for your order. The coffee is very bad, the food is good.

The cool t thing about this place is that it's great for the summer, it's hot spot for voayers who like to watch the bypassing people.. As for the service, you really will wait a long time if you wait for the waiter. The sandwiches are awesome

The new renovation made it much bigger inside. It's also in the most prime location at the center of the city, across the fountain. Food's good, sweets are better.
