  Dives Rent a Car are a great choice for renting a car along the Black Sea Coast. My car was in the shop for some maintenance and repair a few weeks back and I needed a cheep rental car to get around. I called up Dives and they gave me a great offer with delivery to my address. Upon delivery I was surprised to see that they were giving me a bigger car for the same price - given that they had many cars available because it was low season, they decided to surprise me being a first time customer :) I absolutely recommend them.
