Very bad service quality! I bought a hard disk from them Wd hard drive. After two months ( siting in the shelf) hard disk just didnt work. I wrote over the hard disk with white temporary pen. They refused the warranty because it was written over the hard disk with temporary pen. And because they say there was an attempt for opening wich is hundred percent not true. When i went to see what is happaning with the hard drive i was planing to buy a pc. When they refused the warranty i decided not to buy from them because of the poor warranty service. I went to the shop next to the”Intecs” and from now on i will buy from them.
