Room was OK, service was bad: bad breakfast, no forks (yes really), no toilet paper and deal killer: unstable wifi. verdict: way overpriced. pass.

Nice place for family vacation. It is well maintained. The personal is mostly friendly. The beach is too small though and is not part of the complex, but the pools are great. There are mainly Russian tourist and families Germans and British, are seen too.

Very good place to spend your summer. Very clean, great gardens and swimming pools. The beach is next to the hotel. It's great for family vacation. There is a supermarket too so you can buy what you need.

The good:
1. The hotel is fairly good for the price.
2. The cleaning staff is very accommodating and courteous.
3. Excellent view.
4. Great location.
The bad:
1. You need a breakfast coupon to eat breakfast (see coupon attached in the picture).
2. If you bring the coupon with the wrong date, that creates a bit of a problem for the restaurant staff and they have to figure out what to do next. By that, I mean that you'll have a short discussion with the staff, who will tell you that you need to have the correctly dated coupon. WTF? It's 2017, somebody needs to tell them that coupons haven't been used for the past 25 years.
3. The breakfast food was beyond miserable! I wouldn't feed my dog with that food.
4. The hot water dispenser in the restaurant didn't work, it literally spewed some orange goo, and the response from the staff was "oh, yah, it just does that let me get you some hot water from the kitchen." As if that's how it's supposed to be and there is nobody there to solve the problem. For the 3 days we had breakfast there, that issue wasn't resolved.
5. They frequently ran out of plates and glasses, and once they ran out, they didn't bring out new ones. You had to go and ask the staff for a glass or a plate, which didn't prompt any of the staff to bring out more glasses and plates, instead, they would bring them out one at a time, as requested.
6. Did I mention the food was horrible? Oh, yah, the food was HORRIBLE!
7. On your way back you're treated to a handful of hair in the pool and there is nobody to clean it up apparently. :/

The room, swimming pools, gardens and beach are really good. A quiet place to spend some summer days.

Très beau village hôtel, parfait pour la famille. Très bon niveau d'anglais à la réception. 6 piscines de toutes les tailles. Celle qui était isolée avec une profondeur entre 1m50 et 1m70 était peu bondé. Bonne alternative à la plage surchargée.
Le petit déjeuner est correct sans plus.
Les appartements offrent un bon confort avec des cuisines bien équipés.
Ce complexe se trouve à 1/4 d'heure en voiture de Sozopol.
