This place is one of the so called "chitalishta" that have been educational centers for young and old since more than a century. Community Hall Yordan Yovkov exists since 1870. Inside the building you could do many interesting things - you could visit the Aikido Tenmeikan Club, go to the nice library, join a choir (mainly for children) or go to one of their practicing sessions. There are also teachers who can teach you how to play the piano, the violin, the guitar and they are professionalists in what they do. Some of the rooms are often used from local bands for practice. Listening to them even from the corridors is more than charming. Lastly, on the back of the building there is a place where concerts are held - there play the scholars of piano/guitar/violin and sometimes children from the music school in Dobrich. The coolest thing is that you can enjoy those concerts for free.
Читалище Йордан Йовков в Добрич е образователен център от 1870г. В сградата има много интересни дейности, в които можете да участвате - да посетите Айкидо Тенмейкан Клуб, да прекарате време в хубавата библиотека, да се включите в хор (за деца) или да присъствате на техни репетиции. Има учители по китара, пияно и цигулка, които са професионалисти в работата си. Някои от стаите се използват за репетиции от местните банди. Да ги слушаш от коридора дори е невероятно изживяване. От задната страна на сградата има две зали за концерти. Там свирят ученици по пияно, цигулка и китара, а понякога и ученици от музикалното училище в Добрич. Най-хубавото е, че можете да присъствате на тези концерти безплатно.
