The worst movie experience ever. First waiting in line 30 minutes because the staff had no change. Because of that our reservation expired and had to book worse seats. The movie was delayed for the first time with 20 minutes. Then the power went down and nobody came to the hall to explain anything. Then after 30 minutes in the dark the movie started again but this time the sound was awful. After 10 minutes of nobody explainig what is happening we took our money back. Never comming again!

This is by far the best movie theater I've ever been to. Every theater has electric sofas that fully recline back to a lying position.

The sound system is high quality - as are the screens - though the consession stand could have more variety than what they currently offer.

The only theater that offers a better "movie experience" than Cine Grand is Kino Arena, due to their Sony Atmos sound system.

The Car Cinema is the best you can get in terms of comfort. Just sit, position your chair as you wish (you can turn it into bed if you wish) and enjoy!

Comfortable chairs, smaller screen size, which you could compensate somewhat with taking a seat closer to it, but the LED lights on each armrest could spoil your attempts to fully feel the movie atmosphere.

Amazing cinema with comfy seats. Great movie experience with great sound. You don't need to buy 3D glasses, they give you a pair that you return after the movie.

The only thing is that some of staff that works there are rude. One time when the site wasn't working I tried calling to check if the movie I wanted was on screen. No one answered after calling 6-7 times. So I had to drive there and ask about the movie I wanted to watch. When I got my answer I politely asked why earlier no one answered the phone whereupon I was told that they were all busy & no one could pick up. The attitude of the lady was so arrogant and rude. It's unacceptable.
