Every time I come here it's even worse. This time the outside pool doesn't work and the indoors one has an extremely cold water 💦. The night club also doesn't work. The rooms need repair. There is no shower gel and all other containers like conditioner and others are always empty. You can't use the bath tub because there is no plug to hold the water. The bath robes are for rent with additional cost, but there were no slippers and we had to go buy some pairs from the other hotel. This is my third time here with hopes for better but it's getting worse and I won't come again.

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel can receive more than 1 star rating… The conditions are awful by themselves, but when combined with the high price, it feels very, very wrong. We were group of 10 people, booking 3 nights, including New Year’s Eve.
Let me list just some of the issues we had with this hotel:
- there were no towels, only robes. Some of our group asked at the reception and were given hand towels, the size of hankerchiefs
- the internal pool turns out to be with lukewarm chlorinated water (instead of hot mineral water as every freaking guest house in the area)
- the saunas and the thermal bath were probably very nice when they were build 5 years ago, but they are not maintained well and don’t look very clean (there were spiderwebs in the thermal bath)
- we were assured, that there will be outside jacuzzi-like mineral water pool, when we booked. After asking about it at the reception they said that it doesn’t work since 2 months ago…
- broken shower heads
- broken sinks
- burn out light bulbs
- rusty bathroom mirrors
- electrical sockets pulled out of their frames
- broken doors
- mold on the walls
- stains on the carpet
- many of the labels around the hotel were missing letters
- the buffet food was simply disgusting - smelly salted fish in the green salad, cheap white cheese and bland, boiled wieners were some of the particularly nasty items
- I found long dark hairs in my food on two occasions - at this point I was glad they were not short curly ones
- leaving some of the dinner leftovers for the breakfast was standard practice
- the New Year’s Eve festive dinner was actually decent, but it was just way too much. There was no chance that a normal human being could consume about 3 kilograms of food, which were included in the menu. Cooking such gargantuan amounts of food and serving them while they are hot is as you can imagine not easy, so almost everything was cold as if it was taken from the fridge
- for three days, at 150 euro per night, the sheets were not changed once and only at one time some cleaning lady knocked and asked if we had any garbage in the bin, without even coming inside the room
In conclusion - there is absolutely no reason ever to consider staying this hotel. It is a money grabbing scheme and what is worse is that every other place in the Chiflik complex is cheaper, cozier, cleaner, more hospitable and with outdoor hot mineral pool. I could go for hours speaking of what is wrong with this place, but I think you got the idea.response / report this review -

СЪРВАЙВЪР
Ден 1: Ставам от сън (около 11.30) и отивам в ресторанта мислиейки си как ще си похапна и насладя на едно горещо кафе , но уви изненадаа. Попринцип работното време на ресторанта е от 11ч до 24ч . седнах на една от масите и младо момиче видимо сърдито дойде да ми вземе поръчката. "Искам една зелена салата" започнах аз , но бях прекъсната с отговор " в момента предлагаме само супа на деня (а тя беше сепо топчета) кухнята не работи в момента." Помислих за секунда и си поръчах супата , нямах избор. След това решавам да се насладя на СПА услугите , малко релаксче питате как разпуснах ли ? Ще ви разкажа .. Отивам на рецепция за да си поискам халат, но уви халати няма , ще трябва да изчакам до 15ч. Добреее с усмивка се върнах в стаята , изчаках до 15ч и се върнах да си поискам халат (заплатих 5лв за ползването му!) Иии дойде щастливият момент , отивам на СПА , кой като мен ? Ще се плацикам в басейн. Имам избор външно топливо и вътрешен басейн с топла минерална вода. Ура! Влизам във вътрешния басеин , водата студенааа .. позамръзнах , реших да се стопля в топливото , но то не работело.. ! Вече бая замръзнала решавам да вляза в сауната да се постопля. Какво да видят очите ми 👀 соуната не работи , нужно е сама да си я пусна и да чакам да вдигне градусите (еми трябва да се правят икономии , няма как) . Леденясала и напълно разочарована си качвам обратно в стаята. 3ти ден: Скука , цял ден в стаята , нямам избор. Вечерта в 21.30 решавам да си поръчам рум сервиз (зелена салата и едно малко ) , в отговор получавам ,че могат да ми качът само пиене , не и храна , защото нямали вече готвач ( не разбирам ) в менюто в стаята пише ,че работното време за рум сервиз е от 11ч до 23ч , на ресторанта работното време е от 11ч до 24ч, но нито в 11.30ч могат да ми сервират нещо за ядене , защото няма готвач все още , нито в 21.30 , защото готвачът си е заминал вече дано не ви се налага да огладнявате !!!response / report this review -

The location and view are very nice. Swimming pool has good size and the water is hot but the property is not well kept. The food at the restaurant is not good.
