  I would sincerely recommend not to book a car here unless you would like to drive a Dacia Sandero that has a little fewer than 100 000km on it and is in dubious technical standing. As mentioned in other posts, the staff is very rude and the customer care is awful. Luckily for me, I had booked via a UK-based agency, which was very helpful in resolving my case, though I lost the first 2 hours of my vacation arguing with CarRent

  Onesti e gentili, non posso dare il massimo perché mi sono trovato con una macchina diversa da quella ordinata online, ma in una settimana abbiamo percorso quasi 2000 km senza problemi

  This place is run by careless employees and managed by a very impolite mobster style person that will not hesitate to throw insults at you for contesting something.
  
  We booked a car in that company through a third party platform after checking the website of Carrent.
  
  The car they provided us was nowhere close to the cars advertised on the website. Whilst on the website they claim renting only 2008+ cars they provided us with a beat up more than 10 years old car. After arguing a bit on this we accepted to take the car because they anyway had our money already.
  
  However after driving the car in the alley for 100m we also noticed that the brakes were barely working and that the car was totally unsafe to drive.
  
  After that short tests, we came back to the office and asked for another car. This leads to loads of arguments and insults over the phone from the manager. Finally, they offered another car with even less standing and probably older.
  
  Well anyway, if the car was safely drivable I would have accepted it. However on this one the tires were slick. And certainly not with winter tires as requested.
  (I have been told that it was the car they were providing to clients in case one of their rentals breaks down This demonstrates how much they care for their clients)
  I had lost all confidence in this company and decided to leave them the cars and the money to be sure not to get even more in trouble.
  
  We headed to the airport where we found a lot of companies with helpful people and decent cars.
  
  I would clearly advise to avoid this company and head for more reliable ones.
  
  Also, the deposit was only returned after a month even though the car never left the parking lot. And this after some discussion with the company.

  Entrega del vehículo según lo acordado, el coche estaba en perfecto estado y funcionó muy bien los 8 días que lo tuvimos alquilado. No tuvimos ningún percance por lo que no puedo evaluar si la asistencia sería tan efectiva. La devolución también perfecta. Recomiendo contratar el seguro a todo riesgo

  real bad service.
  we didn't got the car we wanted plus after we got back to israel we found
  out they charged us 150 euros for the cleaning of the car!!!!
  in short- rent some other place if you can
