Clean and in excellent location. Breakfast was standard and stuff was extremely helpful. WiFi unfortunately was heavily unstable (if you're business travelling that might be a prob) but i was told that they are replacing the respective gear.

Not bad. Clean and a good location. Breakfast is standard. Reception didn't work out our minibar bill before we left and then phoned our taxi driver and demanded we pay him cash to drop back off at the hotel I don't think so! do your job properly and tell me what I owe on checkout. I was here 3 nights and only used the mini bar on the 1st night, so they had 3 days to get it correct.

A value for money Hotel for sure! Very friendly staff, very cozy, comfortable & luxury rooms. Good breakfast with lots of choices! And its near the most Known pedestrian street, "Vitosha"in Sofia. A hotel in the heart of the city! Very good choice!

Superb! Room was an excellent value, quiet, huge, very clean, with comfortable bed. (Could use a lamp with a lower wattage bulb in both rooms as the bulbs are so bright they are blinding!) Location was just what I wanted - central without being hideously offensive (I'm 51, but still enjoy fun). Staff was fantastic with great customer service and English! Breakfast excellent. Parking, while not free, is top notch - basically valet and not super expensive! I arrived late and special circumstances caused street closures. The staff offered to walk back with me to my car and drive it to the garage. Brilliant service found nowhere else!

Awful experience It was the first time we stayed at this hotel and surely the last one. We arrived very tired and we were given a room at the 2nd floor. After a quick meal, we slept immediately on a room. About an hour later I sensed something tickling my arm. What I saw after I turned on the lights I hope noone will ever feel that. About 20 small red and black bedbugs where everywhere!!! Under the pillows inside the pillows behind the bed under the quilt and sheets everywhere!!!We were shoked. We have stayed in a lot of hotels accross Europe but we have never meet anything like this before and never from a 4 star hotel.After complaints at reception, we were immediately moved on bigger room on seventh floor, called 'suite'. One pillow was also dirty; there was a blue line of pen under it. In the bathroom we realized that the shower was broken and we couldn't bathe at all because no water was pouring from it.We finally found a way to bathe; by pouring glasses of water on our body on washbasin. Total disaster. Totally dissapointing. After all it was 5.00 and at 7.30 we had to leave for airport. We tried to sleep with lights turned on but wasn't easy. Funny thing is they had a leaflet prompting the guest not to change sheets on the bed to save planet. LoL. Our advise is choose another hotel, much cleaner than this one, without bedbugs. It doesn't worth the money you'll pay.

Good place to stay in Sofia. Comfortable and clean room next to center of Sofia. The beakfast could be better.

Clean and functional. Location is good.

Unfortunately taxis are tricky to get hold of in this location. Reception failed to help twice. There is a taxi stand up the road but the drivers there seem to want to be dishonest if you look like a tourist. Or deny you the trip if it ain't long enough. Hence you count on the hotel to fix you a taxi.

The staff is as well inflexible regarding any arrangements.

Great location. Less then 50 meters from Vitosha boulevard.
The rooms are in a good size, clean and with a good shower room.
The staff was helpfull when needed.
The only negative is the air conditioning - it has central air conditioning system and it could only warm the room. We did suffer from it when we wanted to cool the room.
