ANGELA WINGs Ltd. is mainly involved in the development of interdisciplinary research with market application. It is a newly established company in the field of Research and Development, and has a high innovation potential. Currently in Bulgaria and in the Countries in Transition to Democracy /CTD there are no individual and group services to support talented young people aged 18-35 to make their dreams come true in the places where they were born. There are no sustainable local, national and European policies aimed at the social integration of talented young people, from Bulgaria and CTD, in their native places. The small settlements in Bulgaria and in CTD have a unique cultural heritage, which remains unexplored and not used for the development of alternative tourism. At the same time, there are still no sustainable opportunities for established professionals born in Bulgaria and in the CTD, who emigrated to Europe, Australia and America, to contribute to the economic development of the places where they were born. The applied research "Young Bulgarians' Journey Home", planned by Angela Antonova and WYNGs interdisciplinary team, created in 2001 within the Department of Anthropology at the University of Amsterdam, offers an innovative model for solving these problems.Antonova and WYNGs team offer an innovative solution for Youth Dreams Come True, which brings together talented young people and established professionals to make both their personal dreams and a common dream come true.The original know-how for Youth Dreams Come True is tested in Municipality of Svishtov, Bulgaria.
