Stuff is extremely rude with few exceptions. You have to wait small lines for a very long time because they are slooooow.

Most of the time they don't send delivery notes when you have to pick up a package, or at least I don't get them.

The office shrank in the past few years, apparently due to the lack of customers or financial issues.
