Доставен ни беше счупен аквариум, опакован в найлонова торбичка, без никакъв надпис "чупливо" или друхо сходно обозначение, което да индикира особения характер на превозваната стока. Тъй като съм с новородено бебе, побързах да платя и прегледах аквариума едва като се прибрах вкъщи. Отговорът им беше, че след като съм имал опция за преглед, те не носят никаква отговорност. А въпросът как може да изпратят аквариум в обикновен НАЙЛОНОВ плик, остана висящ. Важното е, че те не носят отговорност!

Excellent service there. On of the few places where you can buy Orijen or other better pet foods. There is a choice of medical foods as well.

The shop itself was nicely stocked up with various brands, but the online service is below any civilized standards. They couldn't deliver the ordered products (canned food) for 2 weeks and in the end said, that they lost track of the package. So after two more weeks, they managed to deliver somehow the ordered canned food. If you are looking for a specific brand, do visit their shops, since most likely they will have it. But spare yourself some nerves and do not use the online shop.

If you do not get their discount card, the prices are actually higher than other places.
