  Great pool and surrounding view. Appaling WC. No decent food or snacks unless you're visiting the restaurant. Toony mosquitos during warm season due to geo-location.

  Quite a disappointing experience.
  We visited the Ostrova in a calm summer night only to find out that the menu was completely changed and, as result, most of the nice dishes were removed. What was brought to the table (by the strikingly inadequate server) was either undercooked, overlooked or not what we ordered at all.
  Sadly, we will not be coming back.

  Too long service for the food and for the drinks and we have been the only clients at this moment. The fish we ordered was overpriced. During all the time we were having lunch, there was several wasps flying around us. Not very nice but pretty expensive (with not real reason) experience. Will not do it again.

  Nice atmosphere among the woods next to Maritza river and the reggata venue. Restaurant, hotel, playground, huge pool.

  Do. Not. Visit. Ever.

  Staff is smoking inside (the "manager" explained that we had to particularly request non smoking indoors even though smoking in closed public space is illegal in Bulgaria)
  Food comes out cold (IF and WHEN it comes out. Staff is too busy smoking, I guess). Took us over 2 hours to get served - salads, fries, meat balls and grilled cheese
  Waiters and the so called "manager" are rude and ignorant. Example - when I tried to inquire about the missing food and the girl smoking behind the bar, I was asked how much did I have to drink and whether I was imagining things!!! Zero consern about the customer. Not to mention, the first guy I talked to, was a waiter pretending to be the manager!!! The same person threatened me with security and physical violence!!!
  And this whole circus performance took place in front of our 4 kids who ended up going to bed with no food. I am still furious even while typing.
  
  Btw, no English spoken there, so if you don't have a local person with you, don't even bother

  Very nice place to eat. Spacious outdoor part. Most of the things are very delicious. Yet there are some things that are not. Follow the waiter's advice on the seasonal dishes to avoid disappointment.

  Good place to spend a nice evening with friends out. A huge variety of food (English menu) with a nice seating inside and outside.
