The hotel is nothing special, also the breakfast doesn't fit the 5 stars - not much choice, no coffee Anyway, I give them 2, just because the manager changed the dirty room, where they placed us at the first point, with a more "luxurious" one. The price was good - we bought a voucher from grabo.bg.
The staff is kind, but the girl on the reception, doesn't speak English and also not much oriented with the foreigners.
The pool inside is no deeper than 1,20m.
To be honest, even considering the SPA and the mineral water, this hotel doesn't fit with more than 3-4 stars even for the bulgarian standards.response / report this review -

Бивши пет, настоящи три звезди. Амортизирана база, остаряла, СПА комплекса - студени помещения и коридори, прилича повече на болничен санаториум и не предлага луксозна почивка. Външният басейн -разбит!
