Изключително бавна обработка на данни. Изключително лоша комуникация с гражданите. Подгответе се с много време и търпение, защото процедурите им са тромави и неефективни!

Extremely slow and ineffective processing of documentations, requests, data and everything else in a service of citizens. Terribly bad communication with citizens. Wasting valuable time of citizens is usual.

If you're foreigner, just forget about going there speaking English only. Staff is just a bunch of rude ignorants.

Just out of the city.
Near the gypsy neighbourhood.
Long lines.
Ineffective procedures.
Legally questionable procedures, like being able to pay only in the adjacent bank (where they have an additional "transaction fee") and you can't use a card either.
Also I have seen people who are not working there but are present the whole day and "help" others skip the line ( for money obviously ), and they seem to have very close connections with the staff that works there. It's these little forms of bribery and corruption that render the whole system extremely inefficient.
Not to mention the staff is rude, and always in bad temper so god forbid you ask them something.
There is no waiting room, you basically stand in the parking lot.
Moreover if you don't know what to do, there are no guiding signs or explanatory boards.
Basically no one wants to do anything about it because the people in charge benefit from the situation. They have left the conditions so poor that you either pay them or suffer until you get something done.response / report this review -

Там нищо не се случва времето там е спряло .Всички милиционери са сърдити на себе си . Три дена ме връщат все за понещо дребно след висене по-цял ден . Ако буднеш на батките или на циганите минаваш по-напред и се сблъскваш с един омагьосан кръг. След това всичко отначало на следващия ден.
