This place is clean and tidy. We paid for all inclusive which is OK if there is entertainment in the hotel but there is none. The breakfast is the same thing every day which may be OK if you are Russian and like this sort of thing. The only think I recognised was fried egg and scrambled. We tried the lunch which seemed ok but when we went back around 6 hours later one of the trays from lunch was still there. I am no food hygienist but don't think food is very fresh when it had been sitting for this length of time. You go to the bar and ask for a beer they give you a small plastic cup which is made up of 70% lager and 30% head. 2 gulps and it is gone. Meaning you are left having to constantly return to the bar. I have never in my life went to a bar and asked for a portion of beer that size. We are talking around 250ml.
I think #Barrheadtravel need to reconsider sending people here. If you are not from Russia don't come here you WON'T be catered for.response / report this review -

Персонал (болгари) непривітний, коли збираєшся привітатись - відразу відвертаються
На кухні тільки млинці і піца. Я думав, що ці дві страви неможливо зіпсувати, поки не попробував їх в Рубі
Інтернет безкоштовний. Покриття тільки біля рецепції. Користуються всі відпочиваючі з сусідніх готелів, хто зайде в бар. Відповідно коли плануєш перевірити пошту - або нема місця, або неможливо під'єднатисяresponse / report this review
