Bus Station it self ok. Ladies selling tickets nice and helpful. Bus drivers very arrogant and mad especially bus driver of morning bus Burgas-Stara Zagora-Plovdiv. He literally screamed at people who ask him politely. Very bad experience!

There is only one word to describe the transformation of the whole bus station and railway station complex.
ASTONISHING!!!
It is hard to believe that the dirty, pot holed, unwelcoming area of even 2 years ago has been transformed into a sleek, modern, clean, and superb transport hub. There is still work ongoing to complete the new restaurants and toilets in the railway station, but once this is completed, Burgas will have the best travel centre in Burgas. Great work and well worth the wait.
New airport, new docks, new bus station, newly refurbished railway station, new road infrastructure and brand new electronic bus information system being rolled outWELL DONE BURGAS.response / report this review
