  I evaluate Furniture Factory Diskret Yambol, with one star, because there is no LOWER rating. I made the big mistake to buy the Vanya section and the pain started. boards stained with glue, the glass window smeared with glue is NOT quality, I have the feeling that they are made by children up to third grade or by people deprived of liberty. do not matter because I am not the only victim and there is no progress in terms of improving quality. Whoever wants can take a risk, I personally NEVER AGAIN.

  Terrible quality! Missing details of the assembly, damaged by transport panels, the scheme is just ridiculous. I wouldn't order anything from there anymore!

  I ordered a chest of drawers, almost all chipboard parts had broken corners, came without a detailed description of the installation, very poor quality!

  Portmanteau Prestige - bought in February, but due to personal problems we have only now decided to assemble it. must be joined.Poor quality workmanship, glue came out on the surface.Only four legs to lift from the floor, and should be at least 6 or 8-still the coat is heavy.I do not advise to buy furniture from this factory!

  We blindly took on the Internet order sofa Caprice in orange. It is beautiful as a vision. And so far so good. The upholstery is made of simple fabrics, the foam is not the expected quality, the covers are sewn without zippers and can hardly be washed. The backrest is a simple board covered with fabric and holds with 8 bolts, which would be difficult to withstand even two people. We have been waiting for it for more than 40 days and to top it all off, it was damaged during the transport, for which we were not compensated. We sent the visible damage to the company, but she said the problem was transportation. It is unlikely that in a normal country the customer would be harmed in this way We are disappointed if you see this product in a store, and not only on the net, you would hardly buy it
