Определено има хиляди други места където да похарчите същите пари и да получите нещо, което да е по подразбиране и да не ви се налага да питате какво трябва да направите за да го получите. За съжаление няма как да даде човек по-отрицателна отценка.

Cold and dirty rooms. Food and service were awful just like the swimming pool. Strongly do not recommend visiting that place!

Реновиран соц.хотел, чист и уютен. Стаите са просторни със стари мебели в изискан стил, вписващи се странно в обстановката. Ресторантът не работи по всяко време, а наоколо няма друго място за хранене. Храната е вкусна. Цените са високи!

Pchelinski Bani is a very small settlement near Pchelin/Kostenets at the foot of Rila mountains. "Bani" means it was set as health resort and most likely in the past there had been many facilities around the place for people to get special sanatorium-like treatment. Now, like most of the Bulgarian province the village is in process of complete decay. The central point in Pchelinski Bani is the spa hotel Vitalis with its two mineral-water swimming pools. Right next to the hotel there is something like a retro-style store which is definitely worth visiting, especially recommended to people, who would like to get a sniff of what it's been like "in the old days" (before 1989). The interior is like copied from mid `80, bread is delivered only three times a week, it opens at one pm, and most of the time you will see a couple of locals drinking coffee or beer while sitting on plastic chairs right outside the shop's door. There is no public transportation from/to Kostenec (some claim there is, but no one can tell you when and where). You need to call a cab. It's 8 BGN (approx. 4 EUR) to Kostenec (8 km).

The service was bad and slow , the hotel is an old socialist building, but somewhat renovated , unfortunately the rooms were dirty and the linens smelled bad ! But the big save here is that they don't bother you for anything, there is a mineral pool , two of them , and it says from 9 till 6 , but you can stay all you want , and at night, you can order from restaurant and drink , eat and stay in the pool , all you want. You can bring your own food and alcohol, nobody notices or makes a issue.

Хигиената в хотела и покрай външния басейн не е на необходимото ниво! В ресторанта сервитьорите са вежливи.Храната е вкусна, но доста скъпа!

Там предлагат вкусна храна,обикновени стаи и хубава минерална вода.Има външен басейн и вътрешен и двата са топли излиза пара от тях.Аз пак ще ги посетя !!!ХОТЕЛ ВИТАЛИС!!!

На 26-12 2015 посетихме хотел" Виталис" за срок от 5 дни.
Искам да изкажа моето впечатление от хотела.
Доколкото разбрах управителя на хотела г-н Борисов управлява хотела от 5-6 месеца.
За този период е постигнал значителен напредък.
1.Персонала вежлив, усмихнат,любезен
2.Персонала в ресторанта на ниво".Бързо и качествено обслужване."
3.Порциите с точен грамаж.
4.Цени нормални.
5.Недостатък-слаб интернет в стаите.
