  At daytimes there are always aggressively begging cons Gypsies - from the unique Bulgarian ones, how were kick out of France in 2013 with the cost of occupations against France for racial intolerance.
  Night time there are dirty alcoholic junkies and heroin addicts. It's a very unpleasant place in the Center of Sofia City. There are no police or any security!
