  Great customer service! People are polite and helpful. Cars are beautiful and well maintained. Being a customer of Mazda is a pleasure. Definitely recommend!

  Very bad customer communication (insufficient information, poor jokes, phone hang up), bad attitude and lack of any professionalism from employees on the reception (they laughed at another client they were talking to on the phone), no receipts. Fast mechanics, hopefully they did it well, cause No receipt at all!! Had to set up the electric windows by myself after visiting the service, the rpm were going 400 up/down in the first few km until the comp adjusted itself automatically. And this is the official Mazda importer

  Има какво да се желае относно създаване на обективни очаквания в клиентите.
  От customer service винаги се опитват да съдействат. За съжаление при мен се случва, че чакам с няколко часа повече от уговореното. Хареса ми обаче, че се интересуват от какво точно не съм доволен и се опитват да обяснят човешки какво е възпрепядставало навременното остраняване на проблема.
