The "Tryavna iconography school" Museum - is the most interesting museum that I visited in our 5 days stay in Tryavna. The exposed icons are were painted by different generations of artists, from the same family, and is interesting how their style evolved from the traditional bizantin orthodox icon painting style to the most modern renascentist style.
The big setback of this museum is the total lack of explanations in other languages than Bulgarian.
