Poor service. Nobody was available to assist me as a customer. I finally bought a lamp for the living room. They just gave a box with no bag or even rope to hold it. I asked if they could keep it for an hour. They refused impolitely, with no explanation.I would never shop there again.

Products are expensive compared to their quality and do no hope to have quality service either.

Great variety of good quality home decor. Loads of scents and pillows / cushions.

checkout management is ridiculously inefficient. they let people wiat 30 min before opening the upper floor register. it took 2 employees and 6 attempts to have an item scanned in the system. then it takes 4 different cards to get the transaction done. 4 cards that are on their welcome list were refused. it seems a typical issue though.

This is the larger of two stores in Brussels and you will find a large selection of home wares from the seasonal range. Scented candles and Diffusers have lately overrun the ground floor so prepare for a multi-fronted olfactory assault as you move around. Head to the spacious 1st floor by stairs or lift, where you will find kitchen, bed and bath accessories. The store gets horribly busy at the weekend and staff clearly struggle to cope at peak times. Covid has forced a one-in/one-out policy which helps, but allow yourself extra time to queue outside the store. No toilets.
