Avoid this place. It feels like staying in a prison cell. The toilets and bathrooms are unclean and don't have any handwash or toilet paper.

Never ever go there!!!!!!!!! This is the most awful place that I have ever stayed. The bathroom (if it's allowed to call that cell as a bathroom) was too small and absolutely empty. Btw it was empty in the toilet also: no toilet paper, no soap 😖. But price for one night is not so less, I've paid 22 € for a bed in 4-beds mixed room. Plus, the location is also not the excellent one, cause it was needed to take a tram or bus (~20-25 mins) to go there from the city center.

Customer satisfaction is not something the hostel is worried about. I had to cancel my reservation almost 1 month before and they were not flexible at all.

Please avoid this place. Because you wont get what you see and expect. The room is very horrible. The shower is very small. I did had an very bad sleep. I'd go to IBIS hotel next time, but never ever Youth Hostel Louise anymore! Please people dont go.

The location is a bit far from the important tourist spots in Brussels. Nevertheless, it is quite close to bus stops and tram stations. The rooms are good. Free maps and tour guides will be quite helpful . The shared kitchen helped me to save some bucks. The shared kitchen is open 24 hours and it's well equipped with facilities.

However, the check in time of 2pm is strictly not followed. I got the room after 1 hour. The bathroom is just okay and there is just two for 8-10 rooms. But I felt it was worth the price.

Dirty. Over charge you with city tax. Bedsheets smells like urine and sperm. Toilets are very dirty and non functional. Unfriendly staff. The room was not even ready at 2:30 pm.

Disgusting, mouldy, the staff Are so incredibly rude. They were swearing at my friend because she didn't hear them say hi. They tried to scam us for "city tax" DO NOT STAY HERE

Well this place was a dump. So be warned. Shared toilets and showers were barely clean. The kitchen is very basic and has no fridge.
The desk staff were nice with local knowledge but couldn't care less about the place they work in.
It's a shame a hostel like this has potential, with a little TLC it could be a lot better.
