Beautiful hotel with a lovely garden and very friendly staff. The rooms are nice, but the shower is very small. It is also a shame that air conditioning cannot be installed, due to it being a listed building.You are offered a complimentary drink if you have dinner at l'Auberge, the related restaurant, which serves excellent food.

I had a wonderful stay at Villa des Fleurs.
The hotel is super lovely and the staff very friendly. It has the feel of a quiet oasis but right in the middle of beautiful Spa. The location cannot be more convenient for anyone traveling to this beautiful destination. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated and spotless. The private garden and terrace in the back are wonderful for breakfast, reading or just relaxing.
Inside parking is also very convenient, only. drive in carefully.small entrance!!!!

Thank you for a great couple of days. a wonderful couple of days. I hope to visit you again.

This is a very nice hotel but we were assigned to a terrible room. It was located beside the elevator and the stairwell on floor 1 (the main level is floor 0.) The noise level was incredible. We heard every guest as they arrived or departed. Do not accept room 126 under any condition (unless you are deaf.) We barely got any sleep.

We had a great stay in Villa des Fleurs. Very kind staff with a personal approach, spacious and clean rooms and complete breakfast buffet. When you want to go to the Thermen of Spa you can get a discount as well as a voucher for a free drink in the casino.

the hotel is very nice but the room was terrible.I wanted a quiet room as i said in my reservation and we got a very loud one and small.The bed was so near the wall,that i have to jump over my husband if i wanted to stay up.We could not read because the of the light,we had only one for both,the television did not work properly. A terrible room for the price.The breakfast was very good,but we wanted to have more tee but the young man was not there anymore.We came a little too early in the morning and we were told that our room was going to be ready about 14 o´clock.We had to wait 1 hour longer because it was not clean.It is a shame that a nice hotel so a bad service and terrible rooms,number 16, has.
