Only stadion in Belgium's highest football league by the seaside. Due to large investments in the club KV Oostende by its owner Marc Coucke, the slightly dated footballstadion is now being conversed into a more colourful football-arena closing in on nowadays standards. Quality of seating has improved. Unfortunately the stands for visitors have been dramatically rearranged which decreased the quality of the view on the pitch from that point. Spectators on the homesupport - side report improvements on their accomodation as well do other guests. The quality of the catering for visitors has been decreasing the last 3 years. Home-support provides a good but not very overwhelming athmosphere.
