Mrs.Andersen , we understand your concern and we sincerely regret the damages that occurred during your removal. As already explained and without trying to minimise the facts , we must admit that damage can happen , especially to groupage shipments that are transloaded two – three times between origin and destination. After your declaration we immediately sent all details to our insurer who will treat your file with most attention. Be assured that we will follow-up on this to find the best solution. Sincerely, The Servaes team
