  Catastrophically untrained reception staff. Not a quality and not a professional service. If you love your car, you absolutely do not drive it here!

  my first and last VW - one of the warning lights on the deskboard of my VW Passat indicates an engine problem. Impossible to get an appointment in anything less than 3 weeks. Just not serious (after they already put cheat software in the car)

  They gave me an appointment one month later for a tyre change. And then, they didn't even respect the time THEY SET, because technicians were "busy", although it was the first appointment in the morning.
  They don't care if you will be late for work because of them.

  They never answer the phone. No one there/closed even when it should be open according to their opening hours. They had our new car sitting there for weeks without telling us, even though the leasing company had sent them our new license plates a month ago Completely incompetent.

  Probably the best service I have ever experienced at a garage - any garage.
  And it was Monday morning.
  I literally drove straight in (good thing, cause I could only drive forwards ;-) ).
  The service manager assisted me immediately and I was offered to wait with a cup of coffee while a mechanic took the car away.
  Was out on the road again within 30-35 minutes.
  Didn't need to pay anything - now that's service.
  Love my Golf Plus and now I know where to upgrade to Sportsvan soon!

  Completely incompetent. Went for strange noise, presumably from the gearbox. They changed the wheels bearings and after 4 days I could finally get it back, with 700e bill and the noise was still there!
  Also they forgot to remove old oil before putting fresh one so the engine is completely over filled.
  Avoid them.
