A nice tourist information centre next to the river. High tech projector projecting images on table and staff were also very friendly. One of the nicest and comfortable tourist info centre I have been too. The view of the river was awesome!

We had asked the staff for their recommendations for a lunch restaurant that offered outside seating and that was open at 2:45pm. Their response was to say we should have eaten earlier as many places close at 2. They went on to indicate a plaza 1 km from the tourist centre, with the caveat that they weren't sure whether restaurants there will be open. Ignorance is one thing, but coupled with attitude, it is unacceptable in the hospitality industry.

Modern center with all types of info for tourists. You can use the touchscreens to browse for info useful, get one of many brochures or ask the staff for help.

Modern and we'll located information centre. Right opposite the Gravensteen. It also has a lot for brochures and information not behind the counter. So you can helpful yourself without waiting in a line etc. There is also an interactive panel type help thing , we didn't use this.
