  We have already gone to the store a number of times and have left with full bags each time. Just about all our favorite brands and a wide range of them in 1 store! Everyone is also so friendly and helpful. We come from far for this cool store. We will definitely come here to make our list for our second child!😁

  When I enter the baby's corner, I immediately get a warm, cozy family feeling. The team is always ready for you or for personal guidance through the store. You can find everything here, but really everything for your baby, children or if you are a mom. The fully furnished children's rooms allow you as a parent to gain a lot of inspiration on how to tidy up the room at home.

  I love this shop. Absolute top shop! Incredible motivated people who totally understand their job! Really verry nice attitude and atmosphere. Not expensive. Price/Quality is good.
  
  Only thing is that you really can feel that most parents are really stressed.🤯😖😠🤬😡

  If I could give no stars I would. The worst customer service I ever experienced in my life. Was an expectant mothers worst nightmare. What should have been a glorious time they managed to ruin it. I'd rather be drug over glass then ever deal with anyone from there again.
  
  Instead of fixing issues such as a broken glide chair we ordered and the wrong nuna delivered; they choose to call and try and continuously sell high price items to us. They never returned calls. They would put us on hold and never return. It took over three months to get both issues handled. Well past our child's delivery. Never once did they offer an apology.

  Grote en toffe winkel met een groot aanbod. Jammer dat de verkoopsters soms opdringerig zijn waardoor we ons niet meer op ons gemak voelen. Toch een werkpuntje

  In één woord: wauw! Hun slogan 'Een wolk van een winkel voor baby, kind & mama' wordt vast en zeker waargemaakt. Heel aangename grote winkel die je van het ene gezellige hoekje meeneemt naar het andere. Tof team dat je met een glimlach verwelkomt en advies geeft waar nodig.

  Customer service is very poor. They all say they'll call you back but if you don't call yourself you're never hear from them.
  Got treated like kid when addressing the problems.
  Made expecting my first born more stressful than needed.

  Je kan hier veel vinden, maar het duurt zeer lang voordat je wordt geholpen (Wachten aan de kassa, mensen zien ons staan, maar doen hun eigen werk verder, zelfs niet iemand roepen)
