We are a racing car team, we have been at the SPA for a race on June 22nd. We noticed that they charged on our credit card one room more that we never have booked. At the desk they had promised that they would set it up in 2 days, when the person in charge of doing this kind of operation came back in office. Now, after 3 weeks, 3 e-mails, and 4 phone calls we did not have the money back (639 euros) or even an answer. I can only say that their customer care is really painful. The structure is old and nothing special. have a look around.

Superbe spa, avec des massages excellents ! Chambres sympa, dans un cadre agréable, un personnel toujours souriant, agréable et professionnel. Petit déj extrêmement complet. La qualité du repas du soir serait peut-être la chose à améliorer, s'il fallait trouver un défaut, mais c'est vraiment chercher la petite bête. N'hésitez pas à leur demander une offre de prix !

Excellent hotel for business with pleasure. Very nice location outside the town of Spa, Balmoral area within easy reach of the motorway. Clean rooms, very nice design rooms and suite. Friendly and helpfull staff. Contemporary bar. Plenty of options for congress or product presentations. Also for seminars. Separate options for private parties all tailored to your wishes. We have a very good experience with the hotel and staff. Great place to stay if you have activities at the Spa-Francorchamps circuit.
