I hate to say this and I can’t say for all post office in Brussels. But this one just gets on my nerve. My friend went in to send a postcard to Taiwan and he was charged 4.5€. I commented: bah mais c’est cher, c’est pas normal none? The guy replied: C’est toujours comme ça.
Later when we went to Antwerp, my friend sent another postcard, costed him only 1.5€. Is this normal? I personally don’t think so.
The management is absolutely poor. This should be a case for what a business, especially one involved in service, should not do.
They force you to buy more stamps than you need. They take an eternity to attend you even if there is no peoplr in line.
Fatima was so lovely and helpful. I had to send a parcel home (Aus) and she took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. I truly appreciated her help. Thanks for great service!!
Busy central post office. Bit suprising they appeared to have no airmail stamps available and had to print a label for my cards.
"Express" area note optimized at all (1 vendor for a 4 lanes area.) A Real waste of Space and Time
Friendly staff.
The people delivering the mail are simply terrible. The people in the office are ok, but follow dumb rules. All in all, its always a mess to get anything done, if possible avoid at all cost.
Always very nice and helpful and good English
This place tends to be busy so you will have to queue often. The staff here generally only speaks French, but most of them try to speak Dutch with difficulty. Overall the staff has always been friendly and helpful so far.
A very mixed bag. On average, poor customer service.
