Big-time thieves! They use the old school scare tactic to get you to replace parts that are still valid, and charge you an arm and a leg. And don't get me started on the rude office work people. 👎👎

Their service is so expensive to other ford dealer service. Honestly, they could not fix my ford that has a problem in the steering system and they asked for over 3000 euros to fix it to change the whole system. I will not recommend them
