We had a great time in the park but we also had problems for example with our toilet wich was broken, we reported it at the reception and they promised us to fix it, but there were no workers. The park itself was nice but the rooms could have been better.

Location is nice and the park facilities as well but the staff and their service is really beyond terrible and I would not recommend anyone this experience. A park "ranger" drives continuously around in his car searching for guests to hassle for no obvious reasons. His way of talking to guests is next to unbelievably bad and rude and not what you expect in 2016. The reception have no basic knowledge about the term " customer service" and is absolutely to no help no matter what and will most likely mess up your booking so be prepared for the absolute worst experience and expect many hours at the counter when arriving. Facilities are in general ok but is not worth the downsides the staff represents. Look for other options when visiting this area.

Nice and spacious camp site. Plenty of space for our tent in front of a big field reserved for playing. High trees created shadow so our tent wasn't overheated, but without taking away feeling of air and space. Nice constructed pond split into zones for fishing, bathing and boating. The indoor pool had several nice features but felt crowded even on a sunny day.
OK toilet facilities, but maintenance could be better.response / report this review
