Poor costumer service! They made a mistake on my booking (which they didn't admit) and then didn't apologize at all for not calling/emailing for "missing" my phantom appointment. Terrible. I had put this shop on my wedding map of shops for my 70 guests from the USA to visit if in need of beauty treatments. Coming off the list now! So sad.
