In tegenstelling tot wat de website aangeeft, kan je hier niet met elektronische ecocheques betalen. Zeer frustrerend. Had ik het geweten had ik mijn fiets op een andere plaats laten repareren.

Overall a decent selection, and I have purchased bike parts and accessories here several times, but I won't be giving them my business ever again. They refuse to work on bikes that have been purchased online (and treat you with scorn for having the audacity to do so). My suggestion to Hugo Jacobs: if someone comes in with a bike purchased online, you repair it for them, service it for them, whatever. And you give them some sort of "loyalty" credit to their customer account every time, say 10 euros off a future bike purchase. In a few years, when it comes time to buying a new bike, odds are they'll then buy from the shop, using the discount. This is how to compete against the online shops that sell the exact same bikes for 25% less than your prices. Blacklisting people who don't adhere to your orthodoxy is not effective. Lucky for me, other bike shops in Leuven understand this, and have no problem working on my bike. Adios Hugo Jacobs.
