Upon deliver of the vehicle, the individual who would explain the finer points of the MK7 vehicle had a very negative attitude towards me. It wasn't until it was explained to him that my previous car was a MK6 GTI and that I had experience with other performance cars that his attitude changed, slightly. Staff members should not be judgmental of customers who purchase grander vehicles than they drive. Since then there have been nothing but headaches with dealing with the staff in the maintenance and finance areas. It's as if no one knows what they are doing and you just have to suffer along until they get it together. I have owned two other VW vehicles before this and I swear this is my last.

Ooit eens langs geweest voor een offerte. Zeer onvriendelijke verkoper die geen waarde hechte aan onze eventuele aankoop. Wilde ons bijna geen informatie verschaffen en was dan nog verrast dat we eerlijk waren en zeiden dat we niet bij hun gingen kopen.
