    Excellent service!

Good service although rarely on time! Out of 5 orders advertised as available in shop within 24/48 hours, none of them was on time. Usually took 72 hours or more.

Out of the 5 orders, 2 led to discussions.
First one was for a SSD sold as " SV300S37A/60G SSDNow V300 60GB SATA 3 2.5" w/adapter " which did not come with an adapter. w00t! The guy at the shop pretended the "w/" in the reference did not mean "with"
I eventually got the adapter for free but was not impressed with the way the discussion went. First said " w/ "was part of the reference then when told w/ means with in English. Questioned my judgment and even said w/ means without.

Second order was for a router which was sold as annex A which turned out to be an annex B. Totally useless in Belgium. They eventually took it back after checking with their supplier.

Other than that the guys know their stuff. You can trust their advice on IT equipment.
