  People working there don't always know what they are talking about. They are there to make you buy something, not to actually help you (although you can meet good people).
  
  They are not the cheapest, online stores are often cheaper with better service.

  Lots of choice, low price. Customer service not bad. Downside is you need to have a euro or two in cash to put any bags into a locker as you aren't allowed to take them in the store.
