The hotel location is fabulous, very central and close to the main square, you are never more than a few minutes walk from the main parts of the city. The hotel is clean and modern, and the breakfast offer is very good with a mix of hot and cold, the coffee is some of the best I’ve had in a hotel! The room was clean, however the bathroom was atrocious, shower didn’t work correctly, the sink blocked, the finishes were very poor and mouldy and the shower tray was dirty and old fashioned with a flimsy curtain. Needs some serious investment to match is excellent location. Would stay again but the room rate needs to reflect the room quality, not just the setting.

We had a fantastic stay here celebrating my 40th birthday and first time abroad without the kids in 25 years ! Staff were so helpful and friendly ,hotel and room so well maintained and clean , a breakfast selection second to none ! And a perfect walking distance location to the market Square and surroundings . Hope to visit again soon with the kids next time .☺

Room was small and functional but was a great base. Couldn't be more central for sightseeing, restaurants, bars and shopping. Underground parking excellent, as was breakfast buffet.

Good Location. Friendly Staff. Clean Rooms. Overpriced but probably in line with other hotels - but £140 per night is way too much. £13.00 for breakfast. Generally it was ok, I would recommend Martins Brugge but say to people just check others as the prices are very high.

Stayed here with my partner this week. Staff are lovely and very helpful, from first looks of the hotel and lobby it look very nice but I didn't think much to the rooms. The room we stayed in had nothing but bed, bathroom and the basics - towels and shampoo. Hair dryer and a kettle would have been nice. The room decor was very hard/cold and gloomy which although wasn't particularly nice was perfectly adequate. It was very clean. The only real complaint I had was that they folded up my clothes I left of the bed when we we out for the day, and put my pjs under my pillow. I'd rather they'd have just left the bed slightly messy and not touched them.

Nice hotel! Good reception and clean and good rooms.
Getting there by car can be a problem.
Once there is a very good location to go into Brugge.

Loved the Ultra central location and the hot chocolate bar at breakfast was a great touch! Parking was super easy to access, though there are cheaper garages just a few blocks away. Staff was friendly and helpful.

"Comfort" room was a little bit small for a family of Three for 3 nights. Any longer and you should look at a larger room. Smoke wafts in from the patio if the doors are open and People start smoking right out front of the hotel. But that was our biggest issue and it was such a small thing. Not an issue if you are a smoker or used to smokers. Oh, and it was a little bit annoying that you can only have two devices connected to their (fairly slow) wifi. Those two things were not a big enough reason to take away a star. I'd say a solid 4.7

Nice hotel, and a fabulous location being in the heart of the town centre directly behind the historic bell tower.

Lovely clean rooms and a decent size even in the basic room.

Disappointed that despite using the "Eco" option for room cleaning, that seemed to get largely ignored and towels were replaced anyway. It may be that the towels were on the older side of acceptable and nearing a need for replacement.

Plenty of parking too - so perfect for other UK visitors road-tripping their way to the city. in excess of 40 spaces available beneath the hotel and off street for a fair price (€25 per night in 2017).

Would stay again.

Perfect location and rooms were spotless and modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I am very fussy so when my husband booked 3 star I was not expecting much but I've stopped in 4 star hotels that are not as nice. We put out the do not disturb sign one morning and woke to find a lovely pack of clean towels and toilet rolls at our door. Could not recommend this hotel more.

Location great, rooms clean and comfortable. Staff were absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough for you. We also dined here as well as breakfast which was great. Overall great value for money. Would visit again.

The hotel is in a unique place, right behind the heart of the city, the belfry. Nevertheless quiet and a good place to relax. Friendly service and nice people, good correlation of service and price.
